Chad has extensive experience both on the technical side as well as the managerial side at dozens of small businesses for over a decade. Seeing a need in the market for higher quality IT services with consistency and integrity, he started Structured IS at exactly the right time to bring the right services to the industry. Too many small and mid-size businesses don't make the necessary investment in IT to properly or efficiently conduct their businesses or worse, invest in the wrong products, places, or people to sufficiently maximize their needs. Chad and Structured IS are passionate about helping small and mid-size businesses find new value in IT and a new level of quality service they have never experienced before.

Glenn Bach

Director of Managed Services

Initially working for the College of Business at Northern Arizona University, Glenn worked with and oversaw the Support Helpdesk for roughly 5,000 users.  After graduating with a degree in Computer Information Systems from NAU, he accepted a position in the healthcare industry for a national provider.  Working both in and out of the “trenches”, Glenn has nearly a decade of experience in both tactical network and system infrastructure as well as IT management.  He has an extensive history working directly with users on a myriad of support requests.  As Director of Managed Services for Structured Information Services, Glenn will oversee proactive systems management, large client projects, as well as all facets of reactive system & user support.
